The discovery call is an opportunity for us to get to know your practice and ensure we’re a good fit for one another. We’ll discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and gain a clear understanding of how your practice currently functions. After the call, you’ll receive a tailored proposal designed to support your practice’s unique needs and future growth.

Onboarding

Onboarding is where everything comes together. We’ll walk you through our process, review timelines, collect any remaining details, and set you up in your Momentum Membership Dashboard so you feel confident and supported from day one.

Evaluate

The evaluation stage is where we truly get to know your practice. Our team works onsite alongside your staff, observing daily operations and listening to your team’s perspective. This allows us to identify real pain points and design solutions that support your people, strengthen your workflows, and move your practice forward with intention.

Train & Implement

Following our onsite observations, we meet with leadership to review our findings and recommendations. From there, we work directly with your team to provide targeted training and skill development that supports sustainable growth. We communicate the action plan clearly so everyone understands their role in the process. Our support extends through implementation—whether that includes developing new policies, assisting with CRM setup, or creating compliance and training programs for your staff.
